Next, we commence our carefully crafted and personalised outreach campaign to begin initiating conversations with acquisition prospects.

STAGE FOUR

Prospect Qualification

With the responses we have received, we begin qualifying each prospect with an initial meeting to ascertain some more specific details to create a list of best-fitting prospects.

STAGE FIVE

Feedback Presentation

Together we run through bespoke reports
on each prospect we have deemed a good-fit, then at your direction we bring
you into the conversation to develop the prospects we have found into
successful acquisitions.

Deal Negotiations

Working with you to maximise the value you can extract from each deal, without paying over the odds.

STAGE SEVEN

Due Diligence

We will conduct due diligence to compare to all relevant information we extracted during the initial outreach stage. Depending
on our findings, deals will be adjusted accordingly.
